Just finished watching the famous "60 Minutes" hour. They had a segment on the worldwide frauds out there with websites to sell YOU who have serious health problems, children and adults with incurable deseases, and the miracles they offer YOU through STEM CELLS.
One USA guy (who had his medical license pulled for many reasons including sexual ones with patients) now outside the USA selling stem cells and the miracles of this and that he claimed would follow after injecting them. 60 Minutes bought $5,000 worth of stem cells from him and were extra care-full to have them cold frozen to bring them to Duke University. Now enters the stem cell researcher gal from Duke University. She is one of the very top scientists on stem cellsin the USA - she advises the USA Government on the research. We were shown what good live stem cells would look like under the microscope. Then we saw under the microscope the stem cells bought by 60 Minutes - there were very few and they were dead or dying. The Duke gal said they could be very dangerous if injected into someone. She also explained that, yes, science knows stem cells can become any cell of the body, BUT so far in the science world, ALL OVER THE WORLD she figured we were about 10 years away from the use of them to make a difference in present incurable deseases.
60 Minutes interviewed this doctor who sold them the stem cells. He believed in a USA "conspiracy" that prevented the truth of stem cells being published and used, as he claimed for the "miracles" they could do for YOU or your CHILDREN.
WHAT A BUNCH OF CROCK!!! Even if in your wildest nightmare you believe the USA is deliberately stopping the use of stem cells for "miracle" cures because the DRUG industry is behind the "conpiracy" - to think that Canada, Britain, Australia, and Europe countries, as well as India and China, would be all doing the same thing, all in a "conspiracy" to hide the use of stem cells for miracle cures, is to me the craziest idea going in the stem cell world, an idea from planet Pluto.
Two years ago 60 Minutes did a segment on two fraud guys with stem cell selling in the USA. 60 Minutes set up two men with incurable deseases for the stem cells from the two sellers. The men with the incurable deseases have DIED, and the two sells are now in PRISON where they should be, for fraud.
SO IT IS BUYER BE WARE! Sorry to say but at the present stem cells are not a miracle cure for uncurable deseases.

Well now the world has many an industry that thousands are employed in around the world for producing, or catching, so call foods, that are from the Bible declared to be UNCLEAN, and should NOT be eaten period!
But this same "60 Minutes" program tonight, had a segment on TRUFFLES!!
Oh the truffle diggers and legal sellers admit you can not plant truffle seeds, there is nothing the farmer can do to make more truffles grow and hence harvest more ... for truffles are FUNGI ... underground fungi!
The Italians and French are the world best truffles. It's the soil and a few other things that make it so, including trained dogs that can smell when truffles are ripe. Italian or French truffles will sell for $1,000 per pound, yes you read it right ... per pound in weight, ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS! The China ones about $20 to $30 per pound, the people in China do not have trained dogs to sniff them out when ripe, so the people there just dig them up any old time - the truffles from China the French and Italians say are like eating wood chips.
BUT LISTEN TO THIS .... people in Europe are so fanatical about truffles (that are unclean as far as God's word goes) the industry has a "black-market" but more than that, a criminal world! Truffles are stollen, truffle sniffing dogs are stollen, and people will even beat-up and kill others over the truffle market!!
You talk about the craziest of the eating of unclean stuff, that some call food, the truffle market of Europe must take the cake (60 Minutes showing how truffles are put on just about everything in Europe, they are probably in cakes also).
