ARE YOU HEALTHY AND FIT?

THE  GOOD  LORD  HAS  GIVEN  US  MANY  MANY  FOODS  THAT  CAN  KEEP US  HEALTHY  AND  FIT [THE WORD FIT  INCLUDES  REGULAR  EXERCISE].


TWO  OF  THE  MANY  GREAT  FOODS  ARE  EGGS  AND  MILK!


SOME  STUDENTS  AT  THE  UNIVERSITY  OF  ALBERTA  RECENTLY  DID  A  FEAT  NO  ONE  ELSE  HAS  EVER  DONE—— THEY  TOOK  TIME  AND  SCIENCE  TO  INVESTIGATE  ALL  THE  IS  IN  MILK,  THAT  IS  REGULAR  ORDINARY,  NOT  ALTERED,  MILK.

THEY  HAVE  WRITTEN  WHAT  YOU  MIGHT  CALL  THE  "ENCYCLOPEDIA"  ON  MILK—— IT'S  OPEN  ENDED,  SO  NEW  SCIENCE  CAN  BE  ADDED  THAT  FURTHER  SHOWS  WHAT  IS  IN  MILK.

IT  ALSO  SHOWS  THAT  WHEN  MILK  IS  MESSED  WITH  CRUTIAL  INGREDIENTS  DISAPPEAR.


THE  HEALTH  AND  STRENGTH  GURO  OF  YESTERDAY,  NAMELY  CHARLES  ATLAS,  IN  HIS  COURSE  TAUGHT  HIS  STUDENTS  TO  DRINK  PLENTY  OF  NATURAL,  OR  AS  NATURAL  AS  POSSIBLE…. MILK.

I  WAS  ONE  OF  HIS  STUDENTS  IN  THE  1950s.  SO  I  DRANK  A  PINT  OF  MILK  [NOT  SKIMMED  OR  WATERED  DOWN]  EVERY  DAY.  AND  WITH  HIS EXERCISES  AND  OTHER  OF  HIS  TEACHINGS  ON  FOOD  AND  DIET,  I  FELT  LIKE  A  MILLION  BUCKS.

TODAY  WE  CAN  BUY  IN  THE  GROCERY  STORES,  ORGANIC  MILK;  YES  PASTURIZED  AS  THAT  IS  THE  LAW  OF  THE  LANDS  OF  MOST  WESTERN  NATIONS.  BUT  PASTURIZATION  SCIENCE  SHOWS  DOES  NOT  DEMINISH  ITS  NUTRIENTS.

SO  FOR  GOOD  HEALTH,  DRINK  ORGANIC  MILK;  MAKE  IT  A  STAPLE  IN  YOUR  DIET.  IT  IS  LOADED  WITH  DOZENS  OF  GREAT  STUFF  FOR  YOUR  HEALTH.


NOW  TO  EGGS!

EGGS  ALSO  CONTAIN  AN  ABUNDANCE  OF  GOOD  STUFF.  AGAIN  I'M  TALKING  ABOUT  NATURAL  EGGS,  WITH  CHICKENS  RUNNING  FREE.  SOME  TOWNS  AND  CITIES  ARE  ALLOWING  PEOPLE  IN  CONCRETE  JUNGLES  TO  HAVE  SOME  CHICKENS.  PEOPLE  FROM  ANCIENT  TIMES  HAVE  KNOWN  ABOUT  CHICKEN  EGGS  AS  GREAT  FOR  NUTRITIONAL  HEALTH.  AND  THEY'VE  KNOWN  THAT  GIVING  THEM  SOME  GREAT  FOODS  TO  EAT,  EGGS  BECOME  EVEN  HEALTHIER  FOR  HUMANS.
