SO THEY SAY THE SPINE TAKES ON AN "S" CURVE; AND TEENS EVENTUALLY EVEN WALK WITH AN "S" CURVED BACK. USED TO BE JUST KNOWN AS "SLOUCHING" - LAZY DROOPING POSTURE MOVEMENT. CAN, IF NOT CORRECTED, KINDA FUSE AS AN "S" BACK.
INDEED THE MODERN TECH STUFF AND TEENS NOT GETTING OUT AND EXERCISING MORE, SITTING CORRECTLY, WALKING CORRECTLY..... IS LEADING TO BACK PROBLEMS, WHICH CAN THEN GIVE HEAD-ACHES TO MANY, AND LATER IN LIFE YOU ARE IN FOR SOME HUGE PROBLEMS IN YOUR BODY.
