OH AND NOT THE FIRST TIME SHE'S DONE IT......
THIS WAS ROSIE'S SECOND GOLD MEDAL WIN! SHE WON GOLD IN THE LONDON 2012 SUMMER OLYMPICS ALSO ON THE TRAMPOLINE!
BACK IN THE MID-1980s THE LITTLE HOME INDOOR [COULD BE OUTDOOR IF YOU LIKE] TRAMPOLINE BECAME VERY POPULAR; IT CAME WITH A LITTLE BOOKLET TELLING YOU ALL ABOUT THE HEALTH BENEFITS OF THIS LITTLE EXERCISER.
I'VE HAD ONE SINCE THE MIDDLE 1980s - STILL GOT ONE, YES INDEED.
NOW TODAY, ANNOUNCED DURING ROSIE'S VICTORY BY ONE COMMENTATOR, WAS THE SCIENCE FACT:
2 MINUTES ON THE LITTLE TRAMPOLINE IS AS GOOD FOR YOUR BODY AS 30 MINUTES JOGGING!
SOOOOO...... TIME TO GO OUT AND GET ONE IF YOU DON'T HAVE IT ALREADY.
JUST TWO MINUTES A DAY EXERCISING ON THAT LITTLE THING DOES YOU A WORLD OF GOOD.
NATURALLY AND OF COURSE, GOOD HEALTH IS MUCH MORE THAN TWO MINUTES ON A TRAMPOLINE.... BUT IT WILL GET YOU STARTED FOR LITTLE COST AND LITTLE TIME.
