THE NO WHEAT OR GRAIN IN OUR FOOD EATING???

TONIGHT  ON  THE  CANADIAN  "FIFTH  ESTATE"  PROGRAM  -  AN  INVESTIGATIVE  PROGRAM,  THEY  DELVED  INTO  THE  NEW  CRAZE  THAT  MANY  TENS  OF  THOUSANDS  HAVE  MOVED  INTO.......  ELIMINATE  ALL  GRAINS  FROM  YOUR  DIET!

THE  BOOK  THAT  STARTED  IT  OFF  WAS  "WHEAT  BELLY."

LET'S  GET  IT  RIGHT!

FIRST:  GENETICALLY  MODIFIED  GRAINS..... ARE  NOT  GOOD  FOR  YOU;  ANYTIME  MAN  MESSES  WITH  WHAT  GOD  CREATED  IS  A  MESS-UP;  WAY  BACK IN  THE  1960s  THE  BOOK  "SILENT  SPRING"  SHOWED  THAT,  IN  GOOD  SCIENCE  DETAIL.  SO  SURE  IF  THE  GRAIN  HAS  BEEN  GENETICALLY  MODIFIED  STAY  AWAY  FROM  IT! 

SECOND:  GRAINS  [WHEAT,  BARLEY,  RYE  ETC.]  WERE  CREATED  BY  THE  ETERNAL  GOD  WHO  CREATED  FOODS  FOR  US;  WHO  KNOWS  WHAT  FOOD  IS  GOOD  FOR  US.

THIRD:  ANCIENT  ISRAEL  -  GOD'S  PEOPLE  WERE  MAINLY  AN  AGRICULTURAL  NATION;  THEY  HAD  TWO  GRAIN  HARVESTS  -  THE  FIRST  WAS  BARLEY [I  HAVE  A  LITTLE  SCIENTIFIC  BOOK  ON  BARELY;  IT  HAS  MORE  NOURISHMENT  IN  IT  THAN  WHEAT];  HENCE  IT  WAS  THE  FIRST  HARVEST  IN  ISRAEL,  AT  THE  BEGINNING  OF  THE  SPRING.  WHEAT  WAS  HARVESTED  SHORTLY  AFTER  AND  UP  TO  THE  DAY  AND  FEAST  OF  PENTECOST.  SO  THE  BARLEY  AND  WHEAT  GRAINS  AS  NATURAL,  AS  GOD  CREATED  THEM..... ARE  GOOD  FOR  YOU!!   THEY  ARE  GOOD  FOR  YOU  IF  YOU  ARE  NOT  ALLERGIC   TO  THEM  [AND  WE  KNOW  TODAY  PEOPLE  CAN  BE  ALLERGIC  TO  JUST  ABOUT  ANYTHING.  SO  WE  ARE  NOT  TALKING  ABOUT  SUCH  SITUATION].

FOURTH:  THE  PROGRAM  INTERVIEWED  LADIES  THAT  SWORE  THEY  FELT  BETTER  IN  MIND  AND  BODY  NOT  EATING  GRAINS;  WELL  POSSIBLE  YES,  IF  THEIR  BODY  WAS  NOT  IN  TUNE  WITH  GRAINS.

NOW  AT  AGE  14  I  WAS  A  HEALTHY  TEEN,  DID  ALL  KINDS  OF  SPORTS  AND  ATHLETICS;  CAPTAIN  OF  OUR  HIGH  SCHOOL  SOCCER  TEAM;  CHAMPION  OVER  100  AND  220  YARD  DASH;  DID  PRETTY  GOOD  AT  THE  HALF  MILE;  WAS  A  FINE  CRICKET  PLAYER,  CAPTAIN  OF  THE  TEAM  IN  GRADE  12;  WAS  CHAMPION OF  THE  BEST  "BREAST  STROKE"  SWIMMERS  IN  TOWN.  MY  DAD  ENCOURAGED  ME  TO  TAKE  THE  "HEALTH  AND  STRENGTH  COURSE"  FROM   THE  GURU  ON  THAT  SUBJECT.... CHARLES  ATLAS  [COURSE  STILL  AVAILABLE  TODAY].

ATLAS  TAUGHT  WHOLE  ORGANIC  GRAIN  EATING;  AS  WELL  AS  STAYING  AWAY  FROM  ALL  USELESS  FOR  HEALTH,  WHITE  FOOD  PRODUCTS,  AND  LIMITED  SUGAR  INTAKE  [WHICH  IS  WAY  WAY  OUT  OF  LIMIT  TODAY  -  SUGAR  IN  ALL  KINDS  OF  THINGS  YOU'D  NEVER  EXPECT;  THEY  DO  IT  TO  DRUG  YOU  ON  SUGAR  AND  SO  BUY  THEIR  PROCESSED  FOODS].

I  FOLLOWED  THE  ALTAS  DIET  OF  HEALTH  -  BALANCED  -  PROTEINS,  WHOLE  MILK,  NUTS,  ORGANIC  MEATS,  FRUITS,  VEGGIES,  AND  WHOLE  GRAINS.  SOME NATURAL  SUGARS  LIKE  IN  DATES,  FIGS,  PRUNES, RAISINS,  AND  SO  FORTH.

I  CAN  SAY  I  FELT  TERRIFIC  IN  MIND  AND  BODY;  ALSO  DOING  ATLAS'  DYNAMIC  TENSION  EXERCISES  EVERY  DAY.

NOW  MY  BODY  METABOLISM  WAS  SUPERB;  I  COULD  EAT  3  GOOD  MEALS  A  DAY..... I  WAS  140  POUNDS  AND  NEVER  GAINED  AN  OUNCE  UNTIL  I  HIT THE  40  YEAR  MARK  IN  LIFE.

I  HAD  TO  CUT  DOWN  IN  THE  AMOUNT  I  ATE  TO  REMAIN  ABOUT  145  POUNDS  UNTIL  I  WAS  ABOUT  60  YEARS  OLD.

MY  METABOLISM  CHANGED  AGAIN.  NOW  IT  WAS  SUCH,  STILL  GETTING  LOTS  OF  EXERCISE,  BUT  JUST  HAD  TO  DROP  EATING  WHOLE  GRAINS  OF  ANY  TYPE,  EXCEPT  FOR  WHOLE  OATS  WITH  WHOLE  ORGANIC  MILK  FOR  A  BREAKFAST;  HAD TO DROP EATING POTATOES,  BROWN  WHOLE  RICE,  PASTAS  AND  PIZZA  I  WAS  NOT  INTO  AT  ANY  TIME  OF  MY  LIFE;  I  CUT  OUT  POPCORN.  I  GO  TO  RIDE  MY  HORSE  3  TIMES  A  WEEK;  I  STOP  AT  McDonald's  AND  GET  A  COFFEE  AND  A  FRUIT  AND  FIBRE  MUFFIN.  SO  A  LITTLE  GRAIN  3  TIMES  A  WEEK.  BUT  THAT'S  IT  FOR  GRAINS.  I  WATCH [VERY  IMPORTANT]  THE  SUGAR CONTENT  I  EAT [WHICH  HELP  TO  MAKE  YOU  OVER  WEIGHT  TO  OBESE [TOGETHER  WITH  ALL  THE  PROCESSED  WHITE  FLOUR  JUNK  OUT  THERE]. IT  IS  ALL  THE  FAST  FOODS,  WHITE  FLOUR  PRODUCTS,  AND  ALL  THE  SUGARS  HIDDEN  HERE  AND  THERE,  THAT  HAVE  PUT  US  IN  THE  EPIDEMIC  OF  FATNESS,  OVER-WEIGHTNESS,  AND  OBESITY,  WITH  NOT  ENOUGH  EXERCISE.  I'VE  TOLD  YOU  THE  STATS  ON  THE  TWO  THINGS  KIDS  EAT  THE  MOST  EVERY  DAY,  AS  BROUGHT  OUT  ON  THE  NEWS  ABOUT  A  MONTH  AGO..... PIZZA  NUMBER  ONE,  AND  COOKIES,  DOUGHNUT  TYPE  NUMBER  TWO.

DOING  ALL  THIS,  IN  THE  WAY  I  NOW  HAVE  TO  EAT,  WITH  PLENTY  OF  EXERCISE  IN  VARIOUS  FORMS  KEEPS  BE  AT  ABOUT  160-165  POUNDS,  FOR  MY  HEIGHT  AND  BONE  STRUCTURE  THAT  IS  WHERE  I  SHOULD  BE.

I  HAVE  FITNESS  AND  ENERGY  AND  STRENGTH  AND  WITH  THE  OTHER  LAWS  OF  HEALTH  LOOK  ABOUT  20  YEARS  YOUNGER  THAN  BY  BIRTH  CERTIFICATE  AGE.

NOW  IN  VARIOUS  STAGES  OF  YOUR  LIFE  THESE  ARE  THE  THINGS  YOU  MUST  DO  TO  REMAIN  TRIM  AND  YOUTHFUL.

THE  "WHEAT  BELLY"  IS  ONLY  PARTLY  TRUE;  NOW  YOU  KNOW  THE  REST  OF  THE  STORY.

IT  YOU  ARE  YOUNG;  WITHIN  YOUR  WEIGHT  RANGE;  GETTING  EXERCISE;  NOT  ALLERGIC  TO  GRAINS;  WHOLE  NATURAL  ORGANIC  BARLEY  AND  WHEAT [OF  COURSE  IN  MODERATION]  IS  JUST  FINE  FOR  YOU  -  TAKE  GOD'S  WORD  ON  IT; THEN  TAKE  GOOD  OLD  CHARLES  ATLAS'  WORD  ON  IT,  WHO  STILL  LOOKED  SUPER  AT  66,  AND  STILL  BENDING  6  INCH  SPIKE  STEEL  NAILS  WITH  HIS  BARE  HANDS.
