Exercise and the brain!!!

Mercola.com has a fine article that shows science has proven the great benefit of
EXERCISE on the BRAIN!

Whatever age we need to get physical exercise.

If it is only walking, but then you should walk as fast as you can.

Doing hard/fast exercise then resting; then repeating; and so on for 3/4 of an hour is better than the slow jogging type exercise that you may do for an hour or more.

Exercise and a healthy balanced diet, as organic as you can, with lots of fruits and vegetables, and 8 hours sleep, is the key to health and staying younger than your birth age.

Now it is proven that exercise is healthy for your brain.
