One country and the world goes....

It seems a little hard to figure that ONE country ... Greece, could have effects on a worldwide basis.

But they are saying on the news that if Greece cannot form a Government and accept the austerity program laid down by the Europe countries to keep getting a money bailout, it means a disaster for the Euro, and Europe, and then the world as a whole.

If the talk is correct then we see how closely tied all the nations of the world are to each other.

I have a hard time getting my head around this, but the stock markets around the world are down because of the crisis in Greece and what it may do to Europe.

Now the Europe Beast power in the book of Daniel, chapter two, the toes of the image is said to be made up of iron and clay. The country of Greece is very much a clay nation.

But no matter what the outcome of Greece, Bible prophecy will march on, and that marching on is that Europe will in form be a union (though iron and clay) and will form the last Holy Roman Empire on earth. She will be a great mighty power as the end of this age comes. We are told she will rise to great power quickly and will fall just as quickly. But in-between those times she will lead the world into the 3rd and last world war.

Europe will be the Beast of Revelation and the "king of the north" of Daniel 11:40-45. She will come against the "king of the south" - (an Arab union led by Egypt) and then will enter the Holy Land. She will destroy the people of Judah and the nations of the House of Israel. This iron and clay Europe will for a few years rule the Western world.

Though she be a mixture or iron (strength) and clay (weakness) - she will fulfill the prophecies of the book of Revelation and the books of the prophets in the Old Testament.
