Squats for health

Mercola.com has a full article on the benefit of "squats" in your exercise routine.

I do them as part of my warm up 10 minute time before swimming.

I take the first 10 minutes in the pool to jog and do squats.

And being a horseman, I get leg/knee strength in riding my horse from Spring to Fall.

But as Mercola.com shows doing squats has many advantages, so make sure you keep doing or start doing (if your not) squats in your exercise program.
