While observing the Feast of Tabernacles 2012 in Missouri, at the Chapman home I was introduced by mutual friends - 15 bean soup - never heard of it before. But apparently Wal-Mart sell it.
It is delicious indeed, if you like the variety of beans created by the Lord.
I love beans so it was a real treat, and of course beans are so good for you, especially if organic.
The as I left to return to Canada Tara Chapman gave me a packet of 32 bean soup. Just finished cooking it. I added a tin of Heinz regular bean soup for the spice flavor and a touch of Himalayan salt, probably the best salt you can obtain, natural and full of all kinds of good things. Obtainable at most Health Food Stores.
It is truly wonderful and so healthy for you.
It will be a part of my regular diet from now on out.

Don not forget "Chia" seeds - some are calling it a super food. I use them in my morning "oats" breakfast and you may want to add a table-spoon of "Barley Malt" for a sweeter. Barley is one of the greatest grain products in the world. It was the first harvest in Palestine for the Israelites -
