A good new series on CBC is the story of the building of the Titanic, in Ireland. Some of the behind the scenes events and the formation of "unions" - a daily life drama (some drama no doubt based upon actual events of the times).
Very interesting as to what was going on in the life of Ireland at the time, and the trials of the common people, as well as the mistakes made with the steel and bolting that went into the making of the largest ship of its day - the TITANIC.
