IT'S TIME TO GET SERIOUS

"Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ; As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance. "

(1 Peter 1:13-14)

It is time to get serious. Everything I am seeing and hearing is pointing to the return of Christ very soon. Are we ready for that day? Will we be like the five wise virgins that took oil with their lamps when they went to meet the bridegroom or will we be like the five foolish virgins that only took their lamps without any oil. They therefore were not ready when the bridegroom came as they had to go buy oil and missed His appearing and "the door was shut". "Watch ye therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh." (Matt. 25:1-13) Have we made ourselves ready for the bridegroom? Are our hearts filled with the Holy Spirit? When we hear His call will we still be preparing our hearts or are we ready?

I am truly amazed at how quickly things are changing. I think that is one of reasons I be lieve the time is short. We are under such control now and can be monitored in so many different ways that real freedom is gone. I went to see the movie "The Bourne Legacy" last night and throughout the movie I realized how much control they have over our lives. If you like action movies it is a good movie as it really does show how they can chemically manipulate your DNA and manipulate your mind. Real freedom today can only be found in living with Jesus Christ and letting Him direct your life.

The basic necessities of our lives are being bargained for with large corporations vying for a monopoly. They can then control how much water we can have, what kind of food we can eat and how much, what medications we can take, etc. Just recently there was a case of a man in Oregon who was put in jail for collecting rain water. Apparently all of the water in Oregon is public water and if you want to use it you have to acquire a water right. Will they be controlling that as well?

The world is going crazy just like the Bible said it would in the last days. People are taking so many medications they are like zombies and cannot think for themselves and have become so easy to control. There really is no future for us in this world with the way things are going as we will have lost all our freedoms soon. Once people have lost their money and are desperate they will do anything to survive. It is hard to imagine the violence this can create and we must pray for protection and direction during this time.

Luckily we know there is a future Kingdom coming to this earth and those that have filled their lamps and are ready when the bridegroom calls will live in this Kingdom with our dear Lord and Saviour. This is what He has promised us and this is what we have been waiting and preparing ourselves for. "Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat; Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it." (Matt. 7:13-14) Many are able to find the wide gate and broad way that leads to destruction but few are able to find the strait gate and narrow way that leads to life. It is time to get serious about this choice we have because time is short and the door will be shut.

"Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man." (Luke 21:36)

While it is very true that if you are a Christian, you do need to be SERIOUS about it!

For you who have been studying from my website and reading my blog, did you notice the HUGE ERROR in Holly's thoughts. It is right off the bat.......because she sees certain ills within our lands, she says, "Everything I'm seeing and hearing is pointing to the return of Christ very soon."

Oh we would all like Jesus to return soon, for sure, then the wonderful age to come will be here.

I've sent the Covenant People in Burnaby my book "The Biblical Prophets for Today" - have no idea if any of them have read it. Holly makes the mistake that dozens of fundamental people and ministers have made for decades now. They do not understand Bible prophecy, hence they think the bad things going on around them means Jesus will SOON be back, or as some teach, can come at any second.

Nothing could be further from the truth of the matter. Bible prophecy is given to us so we can WATCH for the SIGNS LEADING UP to Christ's return. Certain things MUST take place on this earth among the nations BEFORE Jesus can return.

I've told you about the prophecy in Daniel 11:40-45 and into chapter 12. There is yet to arise a "king of the south." It will be a union of Arab nations, led by Egypt, who is to "push at" the "king of the north (the united Beast power of Europe and the book of Revelation [did you hear Europe was given the Nobel Peace Prize for 2012] and being awarded the Nobel Peace Prize...... that sets up the deception Europe is a "nice guy" of the world). In the end it will not remain the "nice guy" at all, but the badest guy to ever be on earth.

How long will it take the new found freedom of some Arab nations like Egypt, to form an Arab union? Could be a few years, but could be 10 or more years. We watch for the signs. Then when they do form into some united power, the prophecy does not say how long it will be before the Arab power "pushes at" the king of the north...... could be soon after uniting, but could be many years...... we watch for the sign.

When people talk about the "soon coming of Christ" (which people have done for many decades now) they usually means .... well say about 5 years. They look at some of the evil going on around them, but not understanding Bible prophecy and the true signs to watch for, it leads them into thinking the coming of Jesus must be around the corner. They are blinded to understanding Bible prophecy, and sure enough someone will say "the coming of Jesus must be soon" - next year, someone will say it again, just as people have for the last 50 years and more..... nay 100 years and more.

Oh Jesus will literally return to this earth one day. You have been given on my website, the SIGNS, the REAL signs to watch for. When they come to pass, you will know we are one step further to His coming again, but then you must watch for the next step and etc.

As I've said before the coming of Christ is in the hands of the Father. He can slow things down or spead things up. But the SIGNS are clearly given for us in the Bible as to what to watch for.
