SLEEP and Health

On the news last evening:

Study upon study now show the importance of 8 hours of sleep per day is VITAL for good health.

It is now a fact (if there was any doubt) that people who only get about 6 hours or less of sleep on a long time basis - a life style - are going to have serious health problems down the road.

On the other hand people who as a life style get MORE than 8 hours of sleep per day, are also going to have health problems down the road.

So the BALANCE is SEVEN TO EIGHT HOURS a day for a life style, to not be effected with health problems.
