You may have seen it on youtube or somewhere else....... the lady Prime Minister of Australia gave her two cents worth, with a straight face, about December 21st and end of the world!
Ya, you started to hear about it as 2011 drew to a close.
I guess if in Australia maybe as you were doing a "walk about" with the kangaroos (maybe that should be a jump about)......... well whatever.
Some were on the band-wagon of the Maya calendar; others still with the Nostradamus guy (Roman Catholic monk prophecy) from way back when. And you had others pulling out their latest Bible prophecy charts, putting this date with that date and they also saying 2012 was either the coming of Christ or the start of the end time Great Tribulation. Of course you already had the "secret rapture" people, they have every year, even every day of every year, for the "rapture" of the church to heaven.
SO DECEMBER 21st IS ABOUT UPON US!
I SHALL (WEATHER IN THE CANADIAN ROCKIES PERMITTING) BE GONE!
OH, DON'T JUMP TO CONCLUSIONS. AS MOST OF YOU KNOW, I DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING CLOSE TO THE END OF THE WORLD IS GOING TO TAKE PLACE BY DECEMBER 21ST.
I SHALL BE GONE...... FROM CALGARY ON THAT DAY, TO VISIT MY DAD ABOUT 7 HOURS DRIVE - TO KELOWNA B.C.
And yes the Australian Prime Minister...... she has a busy holiday schedule set up for her. Her take on the end of the world, with a straight face, was indeed tongue in cheek, on some Aussie fun show or whatever down under.
