JUST CAME ON THE LOCAL TV NEWS:
YOUNGER CANADIAN PEOPLE ARE SUFFERING FROM HEART-ATTACKS!!
THE STATS HAVE SHOT UP....FOR THOSE BETWEEN AGES 25 TO 45.....FOR THOSE BETWEEN AGES 45 TO 65.......
THE STATS OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS HAVE SHOT UP FOR "HEART-ATTACK."
THEY THEN INTERVIEWED TWO PEOPLE, ONE MAN AGE 33 AND ONE LADY IN HER LATE 40s. BOTH HAD SUFFERED A HEART ATTACK.
AS THEY RELATED, THEY WERE SHOCKED; BUT THEN REALIZED THE WAY THEY HAD BEEN LIVING, BAD DIET, LITTLE OR NO EXERCISE, THEY COULD SEE THEY WERE LIVING A WAY OF LIFE THAT COULD EASILY LEAD TO HEART ATTACK.....AND FOR THEM IT DID.
THEY HAVE BOTH CHANGED THEIR LIFE STYLE.........EATING HEALTHIER AND INTO AN EXERCISE PROGRAM.
THE COMMUNITY CENTER WHERE I TEACH GUITAR AND AM HIRED TO DO ODD JOBS FOR THE CENTER; THEY HAVE A NEW LADY MANAGER. SHE WANTED A LIST OF THE JOBS I DO. SHE ASKED ME IF I WANTED MORE JOBS, I REPLIED NO, AND TOLD HER I WAS 70 YEARS OLD, AND HAD ENOUGH JOBS IN MY LIFE. "70 YEARS OLD, WHY YOU ONLY LOOK 50. KEEP DOING WHAT YOUR DOING, IT'S WORKING."
YES, WHAT I'VE DONE I'VE BEEN DOING SINCE A TEENAGER, CORRECT DIET, REGULAR EXERCISE, KEEP THE WEIGHT UNDER CONTROL, LITTLE STRESS, 8 HOURS SLEEP PER DAY, A HAPPY POSITIVE MIND-SET. AND YES I'VE USED CREAM ON MY FACE FOR DECADES, MORNING AND EVENING, TO KEEP THE WRINKLES AWAY, IT WORKS.
DO NOT BECOME A STAT FOR HEART-ATTACK WHATEVER YOUR AGE.
DO WHAT YOU NEED TO DO TO KEEP YOUTHFUL AND HEALTHY.
