So another mad dog dictator has fallen - the guy who would not give up power in the African country called Ivory Coast.
The UN and France did not mess around, they used their fire-power, and sent in ground troops.
They have proved it can be done - mad dog dictators who will kill their own people can be put down, but
yes it takes the no messing mind-set and send in the ground troops.
Hence if they want to get rid of dictator MADhafi in Libya they need to stop messing around and do what the UN and France just did in Ivory Coast.
