Importance of exercise!

Just the other night these latest facts on the importance of exercising was given on CBC  TV ....... but the sad fact was also, when people on the street were asked if they exercised on a regular purpose filled mind-set, the answer by most was NO!  Some said they did not think about it, some others said they did not have time. The general view of the CBC TV news was "most people just do not like to exercise."

So with wrong diet, too much junk foods and pops, and a lack of exercise (not enough sleep and too much stress also), is it any wonder we have the health problems we have in North America.
