SPACE colonization??

One episode of THE UNIVERSE by the History Channel deals with the colonization of .... well Mars in particular.

The series was made when everyone thought the USA would never stop the "space program" - I guess when MONEY was as it seems no objection, and would be there forever.

Well 2008 put an end to that idea......and the USA space program has been stopped at least by the Government, the private people are now taking up the banner.

This episode of colonizing Mars brings out the STUPID and SILLY ideas of men. As they admit everything you must take with you on such a mission. And to want to live on a barren frozen rock shows the folly of some minds.

Just because it is there, like down in the deep 3 mile bottom of some oceans, does not mean you should think of living there.  The MONEY it would take to do such a thing is MASSIVE to say the least, money that could be used for MUCH BETTER purposes.

I would hope that most USA people are against the use of  large amounts of money for space colonization be it on the Moon or Mars.

WE  WERE  NOT  PHYSICALLY  CREATED  BY  THE  GOD  OF  THIS  UNIVERSE  TO  EVEN  THINK  ABOUT  COLONIZATION  ON  ANY  MOON  OR  PLANET.

THERE  ARE  MANY  THINGS  ON  THS  EARTH  THAT  ARE  FAR  MORE  WORTHY  OF  THE  MONEY  IT  WOULD  TAKE  TO  TRY  AND  COLONIZE  MARS.

IT  IS  TIME  FOR  ALL  PEOPLE  TO  GET  PRIORITIES  IN  ORDER.  TIME  FOR  THE  RICH  TO  USE  THEIR  MONEY  FOR  THE  BENEFITS  OF  THIS  EARTH  AND  THE  PEOPLE  ON  IT.

WHEN  WE  BECOME  THE  VERY  SONS  OF  GOD  IN  HIS  KINGDOM,  WE  CAN  HAVE  ALL  ETERNITY  TO  ENJOY  MOVING  AROUND  THE  UNIVERSE,  WHEN  WE  WILL  NOT  NEED  TO  CARRY  ANYTHING  WITH  US  TO  SURVIVE  AND  LIVE.
